She represents clients in both the public and private sectors and counsels on a host of issues, including labor and employment, higher education, municipal and school governance and compliance, and immigration issues. Mullen also serves as vice chair of Lewis Rice’s Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Committee.

“Sarah’s election to the Management Committee reflects not only her exceptional legal acumen, but also her demonstrated leadership abilities,” said Litigation Department Chair Neal Perryman. “Sarah has the ability to navigate complex legal landscapes while effectively steering and inspiring teams toward success.”

He advises high-net-worth individuals and families with respect to their wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, charitable giving, and asset protection.

“Joel’s proven ability to navigate the complexities of family dynamics, financial intricacies and legal nuances is a testament to his leadership,” said Michael Mulligan, immediate past Estate Planning & Probate Department co-chair. “This election reflects his capacity to guide not only our clients’ legacies, but also help drive our firm’s outstanding service.”
