Biography

Edward T. Pivin serves as Practice Group Leader for the Antitrust practice group. represents clients in a variety of areas, with a focus on complex commercial litigation, including class actions, breach of contract claims, antitrust actions, and other business disputes. Ed also has experience defending and prosecuting claims for breach of non-competition agreements and defending clients in products liability, intellectual property, chemical exposure, and employment discrimination matters. He has participated in the successful defense and prosecution of matters in state and federal courts and in arbitration in Missouri, Illinois, and throughout the country on behalf of a wide variety of clients, including individuals, family-owned businesses, banks, healthcare companies, financial services firms, and product manufacturers and distributors of various kinds.

In his representation of clients in all matters, Ed works tirelessly to identify and master the factual and legal issues involved in order to vigorously and thoroughly advocate the client’s rights and provide strategic and practical counsel in bringing matters to a beneficial resolution.
