Ryan M. Prisock Joins Lewis Rice

Ryan M. Prisock has joined Lewis Rice as an associate. He will be practicing in the firm’s Corporate, Real Estate, and Mergers & Acquisitions Practice Groups.

In his real estate practice, Ryan specializes in zoning, land use development, commercial leases, and the purchase and sale of commercial, residential, and undeveloped property, including due diligence review, document drafting, and client counseling. As a corporate attorney Ryan also participates in business formation and structuring and corporate governance matters. His responsibilities include drafting critical documents such as stock power agreements, stock purchase agreements, corporate resolutions, and bylaws.

Ryan joins Lewis Rice from Amundsen Davis where he was a corporate and real estate associate. Prior to that he was a litigation associate at Thompson Coburn and at Summers Compton Wells. He brings extensive experience orchestrating company sales and purchases—including the high-stakes sale of a $50 million marketing company—to Lewis Rice.

Ryan graduated from Washington University School of Law in 2017 where he was managing editor of the Washington University Jurisprudence Review and recipient of the Scholar in Law Award, Knight Scholar Award, and the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Law and Economics.
