Biography

Ryan M. Prisock is a corporate attorney with a practice focused on real estate. In his real estate practice, Ryan primarily focuses on zoning, land use development, commercial leases, and the purchase and sale of commercial, residential, and undeveloped property, including due diligence review, document drafting, and client counseling. In his general corporate practice, Ryan participates in business formation and structuring, as well as corporate governance matters. His responsibilities include drafting various critical documents such as stock power agreements, stock purchase agreements, corporate resolutions, and bylaws.

Ryan has served as lead associate in orchestrating company sales and purchases, including the high-stakes sale of a $50 million marketing company specializing in nonprofit marketing.

Ryan previously served as a commercial litigator, which gives him knowledge on strategy and client-focused counseling, allowing him to provide the highest quality service.
