Ryan M. Prisock is a corporate attorney with a practice focused on real estate. In his real estate practice, Ryan primarily focuses on zoning, land use development, commercial leases, and the purchase and sale of commercial, residential, and undeveloped property, including due diligence review, document drafting, and client counseling. In his general corporate practice, Ryan participates in business formation and structuring, as well as corporate governance matters.
