Michael P. Davidson Joins Lewis Rice

The St. Louis office of Lewis, Rice & Fingersh, L.C. is pleased to announce that Michael P. Davidson has joined the Corporate Department as a member practicing in health care law. Mike was formerly associated with Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP in St. Louis, MO.

"Mike's extensive experience in regulatory and operational counseling as well as transactional advising will be a great resource for our clients," said Corporate Department Chairman John J. Riffle. "We're thrilled to have him join the team."

Mike regularly counsels hospitals and other health care providers on issues affecting their operations. He advises his clients in a broad range of matters including compliance, taxation, Medicare, licensure, and accreditation, among others. Mike's practice pays particular attention to health care transactions, helping clients navigate the many steps of sales and acquisitions.
