Emily regularly acts as a trusted advisor to businesses that either lack in-house legal departments or have in-house counsel in need of day-to-day support. Emily believes she can best serve her clients in this capacity by working closely with their business teams and other stakeholders within the company to fully understand their strategic objectives and the challenges they face. By developing a deep knowledge of their internal procedures and infrastructure, Emily provides seamless service to these clients.
Emily routinely negotiates contracts directly with vendors, develops and refines statements of work and reviews both mission critical and routine agreements across several industries, including fashion, consumer goods, food and beverage, entertainment, technology and manufacturing.
