Matthew J. Haas is an associate practicing in the Firm's Litigation Department. Matt has significant experience advising clients through all phases of the litigation process, including pre-suit evaluation, discovery, trial, and post-trial motions. In his cyber liability insurance practice, Matt takes a proactive approach with clients to assess coverage before a claim arises, and he has significant experience sorting out the complex puzzle of a policyholder’s plan to break it down into plain and practical terms. When a claim arises, Matt works with clients to best position their claim for maximum insurance recovery.
