He has a deep understanding of various entity forms, including corporations, limited liability companies (LLCs), partnerships, and non-profit entities. He advises his business clients throughout the corporate life cycle, from startup and formation to devising exit strategies. In between, Al counsels clients on compliance, governance, growth, investments and capital raises, securities matters, and all aspects of contractual relationships, among other matters. His clients include public and private companies, private equity firms, banks and non-bank debt investors, non-profit organizations, startup and mature growth companies, and other institutional investors.
