Al advises both public and private companies on mergers, stock, and asset acquisitions and sales, consolidations, reorganizations, recapitalizations, and similar transactions, and prides himself on “living the deal” with his clients. He leads major M&A transactions across the country, spanning numerous industries and involving all manner of business combinations, joint ventures, stock redemptions, private placements, commercial financings and asset securitizations. His practice includes advice and planning for international and cross-border acquisitions for both US and foreign clients, including transactions subject to review by the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS).
