Biography

For 25 years, Lori A. Gregory has devoted her practice to planning and administering estates and trusts; estate and income taxation; elder law (Medicaid and VA Benefit planning, special needs trusts, guardianships/conservatorships, and nursing home rights); estate and trust litigation; prenuptial agreements; and adoption. She represents family businesses as well as closely held businesses. Lori routinely designs, plans, and implements sophisticated estate tax-saving vehicles such as family partnerships, insurance trusts, charitable trusts, children's/grandchildren's gifting trusts, sales to intentionally defective grantor trusts, and qualified personal residence trusts.
