Our estate planning and probate practice includes advising clients concerning individual tax and estate planning, prenuptial agreements, charitable giving, and intra-family wealth transfers. We offer basic estate planning and administration services, including the preparation of wills, revocable trusts, irrevocable insurance trusts, estate and trust administration, tax return preparation, and estate, trust, and tax litigation.

Lewis Rice has also been a leader in offering creative tax and estate planning techniques to our clients, including personal residence trusts, irrevocable grantor trusts (i.e., gift trusts upon which the trust grantor intentionally remains liable for taxes on trust income), charitable trusts, intra-family sales, valuation freezes, and family limited partnerships.
