Biography

Catherine R. Phillip's practice involves all elements of real estate including financing, acquisition, exchange transactions, construction and architectural agreements, leasing, development, municipal work, and zoning. She represents local and national developers, lenders, landlords, and tenants. From having such diverse clients, Cathy understands the many facets of commercial real estate transactions in retail, health care, industrial, hotel, office, and multi-family areas. She also represents and assists closely held businesses.

Cathy speaks on a variety of real estate topics at national meetings. Additionally, Cathy is AV® Preeminent™ Peer Review Rated by Martindale-Hubbell and was selected by her peers for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America® 2010-2017.
