Biography

Catherine R. Phillip's practice involves all elements of real estate and business transactions including financing, acquisition, exchange transactions, construction and architectural agreements, leasing, development, municipal work, and zoning. She represents local and national developers, lenders, landlords, and tenants. From having such diverse clients, Cathy understands the many facets of commercial real estate and business transactions in retail, health care, industrial, hotel, office, municipal, regulated utilities, and multi-family areas. She also represents and assists closely held businesses.

Cathy speaks and has written on a variety of real estate topics at national meetings.
