William M. Bolster and Robert J. Golterman Named Management Committee Members of Lewis Rice

Lewis Rice is pleased to announce that William M. Bolster and Robert J. Golterman have been appointed as members of the Firm's Management Committee.

Bill represents a broad range of private and publicly traded companies including health care industry manufacturers, private equity funds, insurance brokerage firms, and real estate development firms. He is also a member of the Firm's Recruiting Committee.

Rob practices in several areas including labor and employment law, construction law, commercial litigation, ERISA litigation, and municipal law. He counsels employers and management in personnel-related matters as well as collective bargaining and grievance proceedings.

"Both Bill and Rob have emerged as leaders of the Firm and were natural picks for the Management Committee. I respect each of them as lawyers and know that they will bring a unique and valuable perspective to the Committee," said Thomas C. Erb, Firm Chairman.
