Biography

William M. Bolster focuses his practice in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, securities, corporate, and real estate law. He counsels clients with respect to corporate formation and governance, financing, securities issues, mergers and acquisitions, and general business matters. Bill represents a broad range of private and publicly traded companies including health care industry manufacturers, private equity funds, insurance brokerage firms, and real estate development firms.

As a valued member of Lewis Rice, he is a member of the Firm's Management and Recruiting Committees.
