Shevon L. Harris-Holyfield Joins Lewis Rice as a Member

Lewis Rice is pleased to welcome Shevon L. Harris-Holyfield as a member. She is practicing in the firm’s Commercial Litigation department.

For more than two decades Shevon owned and operated the Harris Law Firm, which focused on matters related to litigation, guardianship, conservatorship, and adoption. Harris-Holyfield is returning to the firm where she started. She practiced at Lewis Rice from 1995 to 2001 after graduating from Saint Louis University School of Law.

A recognized advocate for women in leadership roles, Shevon was invited to speak at the Power Women’s Summit in Vatican City in 2023 and in Monaco in 2022. Shevon is also a member of the Gateway Chapter of The Links, Incorporated, and she previously served on the board of Covenant House Missouri from 2016-2023. Throughout her legal career she has earned numerous honors including St. Louis County Family Court Guardian Ad Litem of the Year and The Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis President’s Award.

“Shevon’s legal skills, unwavering commitment to justice, and sincere dedication to the betterment of society, are an asset to the community, our firm and clients,” said Firm Chairman Richard B.
