Biography
Shevon L. Harris-Holyfield, a member in the Litigation Department of Lewis Rice, concentrates her practice in the area of juvenile law within the 11th, 21st and 22nd Judicial Circuit Courts. As a contract Guardian Ad Litem, Shevon passionately represents and advocates for abused and neglected children.
Since 2005, Shevon has been a Special Representative for the Office of Chief Disciplinary Counsel of the Supreme Court of Missouri. In this role, Shevon investigates and prosecutes attorney ethics complaints, presenting cases before Disciplinary Hearing Panels and the Missouri Supreme Court.
Additionally, Shevon serves as the Missouri Supreme Court’s Municipal Monitor for the 21st Judicial Circuit, ensuring adherence to the Court’s Minimum Operating Standards by more than 80 municipal courts.
Shevon’s impactful contributions extend globally, having been a keynote speaker at the Power Women Summits in Monaco and Vatican City. This led to her invitation to join the Advisory Board for the Institute for Advanced Studies and Cooperation based in Vatican City.
