Pamela E. Barker Named to Missouri’s 2023 POWER List in Environmental and Energy Law

Lewis Rice member Pamela E. Barker was named to Missouri Lawyers Media's POWER List in Environmental and Energy Law for the second consecutive year. The POWER List is a regular feature examining the most powerful attorneys in environmental and energy law. Selections were made based on attorney interviews and records of verdicts and settlements. The list includes attorneys who handle class actions and other toxic tort defense matters regarding PFAS, nuclear waste exposure, and dangerous spills or leaks. Other attorneys on this list represent energy and utility companies in securing easements for power transmission lines, negotiating mergers and acquisitions, or defending against consumer and class action suits. Many of the attorneys, including Pam, held previous leadership roles in state government that guide their current work.
