John C. Bodnar Named BTI M&A Client Service All-StarSeptember 9, 2021
Lewis Rice member John C. Bodnar has been named to The BTI M&A Client Service All-Stars 2021 list. Now in its 19th year of publication, The BTI M&A Client Service All-Stars list is the “gold standard” used by corporate counsel and law firms alike to identify attorneys delivering superior client service.
To compile this list, BTI conducted in-depth interviews with more than 350 top legal decision makers at large organizations with $700 million or more in revenue. Survey participants identified seven qualities that define a BTI M&A Client Service All-Star: nimble, pragmatic, able to anticipate, see the forest and the trees, always communicating, confident and don’t give up. Only 207 attorneys were recognized as BTI M&A Client Service All-Stars for 2021.
John represents public companies and large and middle market private companies across the country in the areas of M&A and general corporate law. In addition to serving on Lewis Rice’s Management Committee, he teaches M&A as an adjunct professor at Washington University School of Law.
