Lewis Rice attorneys David W. Sweeney and Griffin A. Lowry represent 4 Hands Brewing Company as it establishes a Community Improvement District (CID). The brewery is seeking tax incentives to help with its expansion in LaSalle Park, and the CID would create an additional sales tax for patrons. The attorneys also assisted 4 Hands in obtaining a favorable recommendation for 75% real estate tax abatement for 10 years from the City of St. Louis’ Enhanced Enterprise Zone, Board of Commissioners.
