Biography

Christian T. Gordon is member in the Corporate Department of Lewis Rice. Christian's practice focuses on assisting clients with environmental aspects of real estate and corporate transactions, and with regulatory compliance. He has experience in real estate development, including environmental due diligence, land acquisition, construction contracts and leasing, as well as negotiating the environmental terms of acquisition agreements. Christian has managed the legal aspects of a brownfield project and several Energy Assurance Leases, dealt with federal and state agencies on compliance and enforcement issues, and assisted clients in managing environmental litigation.

Prior to joining Lewis Rice, Christian served as an attorney in the legal arm of the United States Air Force, the Judge Advocate General’s Corps (JAG Corps), for more than 10 years. While in the Air Force JAG Corps, he provided the Department of the Air Force full-spectrum legal support. In 2019, Christian was one of five Air Force JAGs competitively selected to obtain his Masters of Law (LL.M) in Government Procurement and Environmental Law from George Washington University School of Law. Since graduating with his LL.M in 2021, Christian has primarily focused his practice in environmental law.

Christian’s hometown is New York, NY. His wife, Jennifer, is also a practicing attorney and they have three children.
