Biography

Patrick F. Ganninger is an associate practicing in the Litigation Department of Lewis Rice. Patrick's general litigation practice centers on complex commercial litigation. Patrick also practices in the area of construction law, where he has worked on cases involving claimed construction defects, delay and lost productivity, and mechanic's lien and payment bond claims. Additionally, Patrick has experience counseling employers on compliance and litigating disputes arising under both state and federal employment laws.

Another growing area of Patrick’s practice is Municipal Law. In 2023, Patrick was appointed as the Prosecuting Attorney for the City of Kirkwood.
