Lewis Rice Formalizes Design & Luxury Practice Group

Lewis Rice is pleased to share it has formally established its Design & Luxury (DeLux) Practice Group after years of experience counseling fashion, apparel and beauty brands on a variety of legal issues affecting them throughout their life cycles.

Led by member Emily K. Bardon, the DeLux Practice Group includes a diverse, multidisciplinary team of attorneys in every major legal practice area. They advise brands on all their day-to-day needs, including:

Lauren Carey is also a member of the Delux practice group, bringing significant, relevant experience to design & luxury industry clients. Lauren’s practice focuses on advertising, promotions and social media as well as general corporate matters. In her advertising, promotions and social media practice, Lauren advises clients on legal issues related to advertising, endorsements and consumer promotions. She regularly conducts advertising clearances for legal compliance and drafts licenses, publicity rights releases and other related agreements.
