The awards honor attorneys, judges, and organizations that are significantly advancing diversity, inclusion, and the dignity of all people in Missouri’s legal profession and in communities in where exceptional legal work impacts justice for all. Charla was one of 20 attorneys, judges, and organizations around Missouri who was presented with this award at a virtual ceremony hosted by Missouri Lawyers Media on August 10, 2023.

Charla is a member of the Litigation Department and focuses her practice in the areas of intellectual property and advertising, promotions, and social media law. She has significant experience advising clients on legal issues related to advertising, endorsements, loyalty programs, and consumer promotions, including issues involving conduct of such initiatives via social media.
