Bridget G. Hoy Receives Richard S. Arnold Award from U.S. Court of Appeals Eighth Circuit Bar Association

Lewis Rice is proud to announce Bridget G. Hoy’s selection as the Eastern District of Missouri’s 2018 Richard S. Arnold For Distinguished Service Awardee. The award was presented by the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit Bar Association to one attorney from each District during its bi-annual conference in Des Moines, Iowa on August 16, 2018. Recipients are chosen by their District’s judges for professional excellence in their fields, leadership in the legal community, significant volunteer legal work to underserved members of the community, and mentorship for less-experienced lawyers or students interested in law.

Bridget navigates her clients through contract, consumer fraud, personal injury, trademark, patent, and other legal issues, regularly including favorable outcomes after trial of multi-million dollar matters. She litigates cases in both federal and state courts in Missouri, Illinois, and across the country, and she also represents clients in administrative and arbitration proceedings. Bridget provides pro bono representation to indigent clients as part of a federal court mediation program, and she tutors in the St. Louis Public Schools.
