Biography
Kolten C. Ellis practices in the Litigation Department of Lewis Rice. Kolten represents individuals and companies in a broad range of disputes, including complex commercial litigation and employment matters. Prior to joining Lewis Rice, Kolten served as a law clerk for the Honorable Robert J. Luck on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit and as a law clerk for the Honorable Allen C. Winsor on the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Florida. In law school, he served as executive editor of the Washington University Law Review and as a student attorney in the Washington University Appellate Clinic.
