Informational Meeting for Landowners along the Norfolk Southern Railroad
Lewis Rice attorneys Lindsay S. C. Brinton and Meghan S. Largent will be hosting a meeting in Shelby, NC to discuss potential claims for landowners owning property along the Norfolk Southern Railroad that will be converted to a trail. Approximately 50 clients represented by Lindsay and Meghan are currently in litigation for this rail-trail conversion in Cleveland County, and there are an additional 100 people who are still able to make a claim and receive compensation for this taking.
