Brian P. Pezza Gives Advice on Vaccination Acceptance in the Workforce in Society for Human Resource Management Article

Lewis Rice member Brian P. Pezza was quoted in a Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) article summarizing the Center for Disease Control's (CDC's) recommendations for increasing vaccination acceptance in the workforce. Among others, the CDC suggests training interested and willing employees to become "vaccination ambassadors", holding a virtual town hall with leadership and medical experts, and consider giving employees paid time off to get the vaccine.
