Biography

Douglas M. Nieder's areas of practice include products liability including lead, asbestos, silica, benzene, manganese, and breast implants; premises liability; class actions; chemical and toxic torts; environmental law; and commercial litigation. Doug acts as national coordinating counsel for asbestos personal injury litigation for a fabricator of custom pressure vessels, managing all activities for cases pending in Illinois and Missouri, and overseeing local counsel for cases pending in other jurisdictions. He has extensive experience defending clients in the circuit courts of Madison County and St. Clair County, IL and in the city of St. Louis, MO.
