Robert J. Will Comments in Cover Story of ABA Litigation News Magazine

Lewis Rice member Robert J. Will was quoted in the Summer 2018 edition of the ABA Litigation News Magazine's cover story, "Recent Decisions Limit the Ability to Forum Shop." The article explains the two types of personal jurisdiction recognized by courts, general and specific. It details the two decisions issued by the Supreme Court in the summer of 2017 which made it harder for plaintiffs to establish personal jurisdiction over nonresident defendants in the forum of their choice.
