Jerina D. Phillips Selected for Leadership Council on Legal Diversity’s (LCLD’s) 2021 Pathfinder Program
February 25, 2021Lewis Rice is pleased to announce that Jerina D. Phillips has been selected for Leadership Council on Legal Diversity's (LCLD's) 2021 Pathfinder Program. The program provides Pathfinders with tools for building and leveraging professional networks through relationship building skills, leadership skills, and career development strategies. Throughout the program, Pathfinders will participate in meetings, online learning experiences, small group conversations, and peer networking. LCLD Member law firms may select up to two Pathfinders per year. The selected Pathfinder(s) will be "diverse, high-potential, and early-career attorneys."

Jerina maintains a wide-ranging litigation practice representing individuals and companies in a variety of disputes, including complex commercial litigation, employment litigation, media and communications law, and consumer litigation. She has significant experience in defending employers in all types of employment matters.
