Larry E. Parres, Member

Lewis Rice is proud to share that member Larry E. Parres was elected as Chairman of the Board of the Boys and Girls Club of Greater St. Louis (BGCSTL). The mission of BGCSTL is to "inspire and enable all young people, especially those who need us most, to reach their full potential as productive, responsible and caring citizens" by providing after-school programs, sports, summer programs, and more to our local youth. Larry has been with BGCSTL for more than 12 years, serving in various positions such as Vice Chair, Secretary, Director, and Chairman of the Jim Butler Golf Tournament for the past four years. In 2014 Larry received the Richard H. Amberg Award from BGCSTL for outstanding contributions to the organization's mission. He will serve as Chairman of the Board for two years.

Larry practices in the Corporate Department and represents national, regional, and local financial institutions and companies. He represents some of the largest banking associations in the United States in cases filed in Missouri, Illinois, Delaware, and New York. Larry's practice also includes commercial litigation, where he effectively enforces his clients' rights under various agreements and contracts.
