Missouri & Kansas Super Lawyers® has recognized Jeremy P. Jeremy serves as Practice Group Leader for the Construction Law Practice Group within Lewis Rice’s Litigation Department. While his primary focus is on design and construction matters, Jeremy represents clients in a wide range of commercial litigation. His clients include property owners, design professionals, general contractors, specialty contractors, equipment suppliers, and material suppliers. He advises these clients on contract negotiation and drafting, and frequently represents them in litigation involving construction and design defects, delay and lost productivity claims, and mechanic’s lien and payment bond disputes.
