Lewis Rice is pleased to share that member Christian T. Gordon has been appointed Co-Chair of the American Bar Association’s Transactions and Brownfields Redevelopment Committee within the Section of Environment, Energy, and Resources (SEER). As Co-Chair, Christian helps guide the committee's work on environmental issues arising in business, energy, and real estate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, renewable energy projects, and brownfields redevelopment.
"I am honored to serve as Co-Chair of the Transactions and Brownfields Redevelopment Committee," said Christian. "My involvement with ABA SEER has allowed me to connect with exceptional attorneys and engage with complex environmental issues affecting clients and communities. I look forward to continuing those relationships and contributing to the committee's mission."

Christian serves as the Firm’s Environmental Compliance Practice Group Leader. His practice focuses on environmental matters involving corporate and real estate transactions, regulatory compliance, and environmental risk management. Prior to his appointment as Co-Chair, Christian served as the committee's Membership and Inclusion Vice Chair. His longstanding involvement with ABA SEER reflects his dedication to professional collaboration and leadership within the environmental law community.
