The St. Louis office of law firm Lewis Rice is pleased to announce seven new associates: Maleah Fallahi, Alexandra Jones, Joseph Link, Jessie O’Brien, Jaylen Riley, Allison Schultz and Austin Siener. Additionally, two new associates joined the Kansas City office of Lewis Rice: Claire Burns and Avrye King.

Maleah Fallahi is an associate in Lewis Rice’s Litigation Department and focuses on complex commercial disputes and intellectual property. Before graduating from Saint Louis University School of Law in 2025, she spent two summers with Lewis Rice as a summer associate.
Alexandra Jones joins the firm’s Litigation Department, where she represents clients in a wide range of civil litigation matters. She served as executive editor for ABA Journal of Labor and Employment Law at Saint Louis University School of Law, where she graduated in 2025.
Joseph Link advises clients on estate and gift tax matters in Lewis Rice’s Estate Planning Department. He graduated second in his class from the University of Missouri School of Law in 2025 and holds a Missouri real estate salesperson’s license.
Jessie O’Brien is an associate in the Corporate Department. She maintains a general business law practice, focusing on a variety of corporate matters. Prior to graduating from the University of Missouri School of Law in 2025 where she served as Editor in Chief of the Missouri Law Review, she earned her master's degree in accounting and worked as a senior tax accountant.
Jaylen Riley helps clients navigate complex commercial disputes in the firm’s Litigation Department. At Saint Louis University School of Law, he served as president of the Black Law Students Association and Symposium Managing Editor for the Saint Louis University Law Journal before graduating in 2025.
Allison Schultz graduated first in her class from Saint Louis University School of Law in 2025. Before law school, she worked as an intelligence analyst for Caterpillar Inc. in its law, security and public policy division. She joins Lewis Rice’s Corporate Department, advising clients on transactional, regulatory and securities matters.
Austin Siener earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting and obtained his CPA license before attending the University of Missouri School of Law, where he graduated in 2025. He guides clients through transactions, governance and their day-to-day legal needs in the firm’s Corporate Department.
Claire Burns practices in Lewis Rice’s Kansas City office, counseling clients on commercial real estate transactions such as acquisitions, sales, development and leasing. Prior to graduating from the University of Kansas School of Law in 2025, she gained experience as a summer associate with Lewis Rice in 2024.
Avrye King focuses on complex commercial litigation in the firm’s Kansas City office. She graduated from Washington University School of Law in 2025, where she served as managing editor and staff editor of the Washington University Journal of Law & Policy. She also served as president of the Black Law Students Association. King spent two summers with Lewis Rice as a summer associate.
