Biography
Jeremy P. Brummond serves as Practice Group Leader for the Construction Law practice group. practices in the Litigation Department. Although his focus is on design and construction, Jeremy represents clients in a variety of commercial litigation matters. Clients include property owners, design professionals, general contractors, specialty contractors, equipment suppliers, and material suppliers. Jeremy counsels these clients in contract negotiation and drafting, and he frequently represents these clients in litigation including cases involving claimed construction and design defects, delay and lost productivity, and mechanic's lien and payment bond claims.
Jeremy is on the Governing Committee of the American Bar Association's Forum on the Construction Industry, and he is a member of the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis's Construction Law Committee. Jeremy was selected for inclusion in Missouri & Kansas Rising Stars® 2010-2014 and in Missouri & Kansas Super Lawyers® for 2015-2023. Additionally, he was among the "Top 50" St. Louis area Super Lawyers® 2018 and again in 2021. Jeremy was recognized by Best Lawyers® in 2019-2025.
