Lewis Rice attorneys David W. Sweeney and Henry A. Brunngraber played a key role in supporting the $10 million expansion of Harris House, a local treatment center dedicated to drug and alcohol recovery. The team provided comprehensive real estate and land use counsel, with Dave also serving as a lobbyist on behalf of Harris House. The project, set to begin in November, will bring a new 30,000-square-foot facility with 28 beds to 8301 S. Broadway in the Patch neighborhood.
