Billee serves as the Practice Group Leader for the Cybersecurity & Data Privacy practice group at Lewis Rice. She practices in the Firm's Corporate Department, with a particular focus on information technology (IT). In addition to IT law, she has extensive experience throughout corporate law, including technology licensing, cybersecurity and data privacy, mergers and acquisitions, and general business and corporate law. 

Jacquelyn's cybersecurity and data privacy practice involves helping companies mitigate the risk involved with collecting and sharing personal data. She advises clients on compliance and best practices for data management and incident preparedness and providing critical legal counsel in the immediate aftermath of cyber incidents.
