Biography

A member of the Real Estate Practice Group, Andrea Bough’s experience in economic development, land use, planning, zoning, and subdivision regulations allows her to represent clients on both small and complex redevelopment projects at the state and local levels. Andrea works collaboratively with developers, lenders, architects, and other design professionals on projects throughout the Kansas City metropolitan area. 

Andrea was recently elected to the Kansas City, Missouri City Council where she serves as Vice-Chair of the Neighborhood, Planning and Development Committee and also serves on the Special Committee for Legal Review. Andrea was also appointed by Mayor Quinton Lucas to the Tax Increment Financing Commission of Kansas City, MO, the Land Clearance for Redevelopment Authority, and Enhanced Enterprise Zone Board. In addition to her development and land use practice, Andrea also represents clients in purchase and sale contracts and commercial leases.

Andrea was selected for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America® for 2021.
