Biography

William R. Wurm maintains a robust commercial, real estate, and labor and employment litigation practice. Will has significant experience handling lawsuits for title insurance denials, escrow issues, and real estate title disputes as both outside and in-house counsel. Additionally, he has handled suits involving contract disputes and employment discrimination claims, as well as managing employer obligations pursuant to collective bargaining agreements. Furthermore, as a licensed California attorney, Will assists employers in complying with the ever-expanding web of California labor law. Will also has negotiated settlements for numerous OSHA citations in the rail and construction industries.

Prior to joining Lewis Rice, Will served as Claims Counsel, AVP, for Fidelity National Financial in Omaha, Nebraska.
