Biography
Timothy A. Winkler is an associate in the Real Estate Department in the Kansas City office of Lewis Rice. Tim focuses much of his practice on real estate law, including sales, purchases, leasing, financing, developments, and broker representations. He has experience drafting and negotiating loan documents, and acquisition and disposition contracts, conducting legal due diligence, and coordinating the closing of the related transactions. He represents buyers and sellers, landlords and tenants, lenders and borrowers, developers, and brokers in various real estate projects.
