Biography

Sharon Callahan plays a central role in Lewis Rice's strategic planning and client engagement initiatives in her role as Chief Marketing and Development Officer. Leading a dynamic team, Sharon spearheads the firm’s efforts to foster client development through various client-centric marketing channels. Additionally, she provides oversight for the firm's highly regarded 10-week summer associate program, nurturing the development of first and second-year law students.

By collaborating closely with the firm’s practice groups, Sharon aligns Lewis Rice's marketing and business development efforts with the unique needs and goals of each practice group, ensuring that the firm's services are custom-tailored to our clients.

Sharon is deeply involved in the firm’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion efforts, serving on both the DEI and Lewis Rice Women to Women (LRW2W) committees, as well as the firm’s Recruiting Committee. Sharon and her team play a key role in developing and executing programing for those critical firm functions, and take pride in curating thoughtful internal and external programs and memorable special events that demonstrate our firm's values and commitment to fostering DEI at every level.

In her multifaceted role, Sharon understands that the heart of Lewis Rice’s success lies in our ability to connect, engage, and serve our clients, ensuring Lewis Rice continues to be the law firm of choice for our clients and top legal talent.
