Lewis Rice Joins The Leadership Council on Legal Diversity

LCLD

Lewis Rice is pleased to announce that its Management and Diversity & Inclusion Committees have joined and pledged to drive additional diversity efforts in the Firm through membership in the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD). LCLD is made up of more than 320 corporate chief legal officers and managing partners of the nation's leading law firms who are committed to creating a diverse legal profession across the U.S. With this membership, Lewis Rice’s management pledges to direct material change within the Firm, in our community, and in the legal profession through hiring programs, training and development, relationship building, incentives programs, and more. These efforts will be driven predominantly through the firm’s Diversity and Inclusion Committee, chaired by Ron Norwood and its members Sarah Mullen (Vice Chair), Greg Beekman, Jami Boyles, Apollo Carey, Lynn Hinrichs, Taylor Matthews, Billee McAuliffe, Neal Perryman, and Jerina Phillips.

"We are proud to be a part of this important organization, furthering our commitment to sustaining an inclusive culture and challenging the legal industry to do the same," said Firm Chairman Richard B. Walsh, Jr. "We look forward to collaborating with other members of the LCLD to promote diversity in the workplace and in our communities in ways that are meaningful and effective."
