Biography
Rosemarie M. Karcher is in the Firm's Corporate Department and focuses her practice primarily on the areas of commercial finance, real estate, and corporate law. She has more than 25 years of experience representing national, regional, and local banks and other lenders, including quasi-governmental entities, in structuring, negotiating, and documenting a wide range of single-lender, multi-lender, and syndicated financing transactions, both secured and unsecured. Her practice includes representing lenders in commercial, asset-based, acquisition, real estate, construction, and letter of credit financings, as well as state and federal loan and grant programs, including brownfields loans and grants. She also represents borrowers in both secured and unsecured financings related to commercial, real estate, estate planning, and other transactions.
