Robert J. Will Offers Advice in Litigation News

As cochair of the American Bar Association (ABA) Litigation Section's Pretrial Practice & Discovery Committee, Lewis Rice member Robert J. Will offered cautionary advice in an article of Litigation News for lawyers dealing with removal during a deposition. Following Morgan v. Huntington Ingalls filed in the Fifth Circuit of the U.S. Court of Appeals, many questions were left unanswered with regards to the removal deadline.
