David W. Sweeney Represents Missouri Terrazzo Co. in Warehouse Purchase on The Hill

Sweeney represented Missouri Terrazzo Co., designer and constructor of marble and granite flooring patterns, in its purchase of a warehouse in The Hill neighborhood in St. Louis. The company has plans to renovate the space, which will more than triple the square footage it has available in its current building in the Fountain Park neighborhood.
