Jeremy practices in the Litigation Department and focuses his practice on engineering and construction. His clients include property owners, engineers, general contractors, and specialty contractors. Jeremy counsels clients in contract negotiation and drafting, and he frequently represents such clients in construction-related litigation including cases involving claimed construction defects, delay and lost productivity, and mechanic's lien and payment bond claims.
Patrick practices primarily in the areas of construction and environmental law, medical malpractice, and commercial litigation. He prosecutes and defends matters involving insurance coverage disputes, mechanic's liens, breaches of contract, and numerous tort theories. Patrick represents clients of many sizes, including individuals, small businesses, limited partnerships, homeowners associations, municipalities, and large private companies.
