Lewis Rice members Jacob W. Reby and Mark C. Winings along with co-authors Adrian P. Hartog and Matthew Quintieri, published an article in the Spring 2017 edition of The Abstract discussing the law of electronic signatures as their use becomes more widespread.

Jacob W. Reby's practice involves structuring, negotiating, drafting, and closing a wide variety of real estate, corporate, and financing transactions. Jake represents developers, owners, users, institutions, and lenders. He is one of only four lawyers in Missouri to be elected a Fellow of both the American College of Real Estate Lawyers and the American College of Mortgage Attorneys.

Mark C. Winings advises financial institutions and other businesses in a broad range of financing and commercial lending transactions. He also represents clients in real estate transactions and other commercial and corporate matters.
