Biography

Patrick J. Thornton practices primarily in the areas of construction and environmental law, medical malpractice, and commercial litigation. He prosecutes and defends matters involving insurance coverage disputes, mechanic's liens, eminent domain and condemnation, breaches of contract, and numerous tort theories. Patrick represents clients of many sizes, including individuals, small businesses, limited partnerships, homeowners associations, municipalities, and large private companies. A member of the Missouri and Illinois Bars, Patrick has litigated cases in the federal and state courts of both states as well as the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals.

Patrick was selected for inclusion in Missouri & Kansas Rising Stars® in 2015-2020.
