Robert J. Will Offers Cautionary Advice in American Bar Association Litigation News

Lewis Rice member Robert J. Will was extensively quoted in Daniel Elms' article on counsel inadvertently receiving a potentially privileged document. Bob warned that attorneys should proceed with extreme caution when determining whether or not a privileged document was unintentionally produced because the ramifications can be severe.

Bob advises clients on matters related to class action litigation, trust and estate litigation, professional liability, and condemnation.
